  • Discreet Sender Information: The sender name on the shipping label will be a neutral name, not our brand name.
  • Private Contents: The contents of your order will never be listed on the exterior of the package.

Delivery Timelines

Shipping Costs

A standard shipping and handling fee of PKR 250 is applied to all orders, regardless of size or location. This is a flat rate to keep things simple and transparent. Order Above PKR 2500 Delivery is Free.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are typically dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the courier company’s website.
